Cost - $24.99 per room

Add Ons - 
  1. Carpet and Upholstery Shampooing - Carpets are hand scrubbed in heavily soiled areas, water purged and extracted, then steamed clean to soften carpet and accelerate drying time - $30 per room plus $10 per seat.  Can be purchased separately. 
  2. Wall Washing - Wash safe walls can be cleaned of crayon marks, scuffs, and more  $10 per wall
  3. Carpet Fabric protection - $20 per room
In The Bathrooms
  1. Tile walls and bathtubs cleaned and disinfected
  2. Shower and shower doors cleaned and disinfected 
  3. Carpets vacuumed and edged
  4. Windows and window tracks cleaned 
  5. Base boards dusted and wiped down
  6. Mirrors cleaned and shined
  7. Sink and counters cleaned and disinfected 
  8. Chrome Polished to factory new shine 
  9. Floors washed and disinfected 
  10. Clean and disinfect toilet
  11. Wipe down outside of cabinets and drawers 
  12. Cobwebs removed 
  13. General dusting

In The Kitchen
  1. Scrub sink - 
  2. Clean windows and window tracks
  3. Base boards dusted and wiped down
  4. Clean counter-top appliances 
  5. Clean refrigerator exterior 
  6. Clean refrigerator interior if requested - add $10 
  7. Outside of range hood cleaned
  8. Oven Cleaned - Add $5 
  9. Top and front of range cleaned
  10. chrome polished
  11. Counter-tops cleaned and disinfected 
  12. Clean outside of cabinets and drawers
  13. Clean exterior of large appliances
  14. Wipe down inside and outside of microwave
  15. Clean table and chairs
  16. Floors vacuumed and mopped 
  17. Cobwebs removed 
  18. Thorough dusting
